SEATTLE — The owner of a smoke shop in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood shot at thieves who crashed into his store early Wednesday morning. It’s the second day this week that Xhale Tobacco was hit with a smash-and-grab burglary.
The owner confirmed he was inside when the burglars crashed into his store for a second time. He fired shots to scare the thieves away. A KING 5 photographer captured employees sweeping up glass inside the store and taking inventory.
Suspects crashed into the store at around 2:50 a.m. Wednesday morning, using a white Ford sedan. The store owner managed to scare the thieves off before they could take anything, but they did cause more damage to the building…
