OLYMPIA, Wash. — Timothy Pauley, who received three life sentences for a 1980 triple murder, is now seeking a new, shorter sentence.
During a resentencing hearing before the Washington Indeterminate Sentence Review Board, Pauley apologized for his actions and attempted to explain why he was involved in the deadly robbery at south King County’s Barn Door Tavern.
