Seattle’s Little Saigon demands action with 15-point plan to tackle drug use, street crime

SEATTLE, Wash. — The persistence of open-air drug use, drug trafficking, overdoses, and illegal street vending has community members demanding action in Seattle’s Little Saigon neighborhood.

A 15-point public safety plan has been drafted to address these issues and restore the vibrancy of the Chinatown-International District (CID) area.
