SEATTLE — Authorities have seized over 50,000 counterfeit M30 pills containing carfentanil, a synthetic opioid significantly more potent than fentanyl, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
The drug seizure occurred on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at a Centralia gas station following a months-long investigation by the DEA, which is now warning the public that “one pill can kill.”
