SEATTLE — The man who was acquitted of murder for his role in a mass shooting in Seattle is now headed to federal prison after being convicted of gun and drug charges.
At a hearing in U.S. District Court on Wednesday morning, a judge sentenced 30-year-old Marquise Tolbert to 39 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
