Armed Seattle Man Allegedly ‘Forced’ His Way Into High School, Threatened Boy With Gun

A Washington man is facing charges for allegedly “forcing” his way into a high school and threatening a teenager with a gun, police said.

The Seattle Police Department said officers responded shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a disorderly man trying to enter the high school on the 1700 block of East Union Street, which is the address for Seattle World School. The suspect, a 60-year-old man, was walking two dogs when he allegedly “forcefully pushed past the security guard” at the school in an effort to see the principal.

The school’s principal told the man to leave, and he walked to the area of East Pike Street near 16th Avenue. There, the suspect approached two teenagers sitting in a vehicle. The suspect, allegedly intoxicated and armed with a knife in one hand and a gun in the other, yelled at the teens for parking on the street…
