Video shows accused police impersonator tell Seattle firefighters to get away from body

SEATTLE — Investigators say a man accused of impersonating a police officer in Bremerton also responded to the scene of a death in Seattle and gave instructions to firefighters to get back from the body.

Video of the incident – apparently recorded by the man’s own body camera – shows Seattle firefighters opening the trunk of a car and finding a body inside at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Stewart Street on June 17.
