Seattle’s Pioneer Square became the site of a violent incident this afternoon when a 39-year-old man was arrested for stabbing another man, police say.
The altercation occurred around 2:00 p.m., when the victim, a 34-year-old man, flagged down patrol officers on the 500 block of 3rd Avenue. He reported that he had been approached by the suspect asking for drugs, and when he denied having any, the man stabbed him and fled the scene, Seattle Police Department’s Blotter reports.
Seattle Fire Department responded to treat the victim for a stab wound to his upper leg, and he was subsequently transported to Harborview Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition…
