SEATTLE — A man who admitted to shooting a woman in front of her granddaughter at a Covington ATM is set to face a judge on Friday.
Kolby Delamar is scheduled for sentencing in Kent after pleading guilty in October to first degree assault and first degree robbery for the April 2024 incident at a BECU.
According to court documents, on April 5, 2024, Delamar tried to rob Tina Rothert, 65, with a handgun at an ATM as she tried depositing a check, and as Rothert’s 10-year-old granddaughter was watching in a car nearby…
