The lease terms included full responsibility for rent and utility costs until a new tenant is secured or the lease term ends, if the tenant terminates the agreement early. Other conditions included tenant responsibility for drain stoppage, pest removal, light bulb replacement, and service call expenses if the issue was caused by the tenant or if no problem was found. The user felt these terms were aggressive and akin to owning the home, rather than renting it.
