The Washington State Patrol has activated a Silver Alert for 86-year-old Charles DeMontigny, who was last seen about 7 a.m. Nov. 30 near the LA Fitness in Auburn (map below), according to an alert issued on behalf of the Kent Police Department.
The alert states that DeMontigny may not be able to return to safety without assistance.
Authorities are asking anyone who sees him to call 911.…
