Seattle hookah lounge owner to attend hearing over alleged nightlife ordinance violations

A Seattle hookah lounge became the scene of a deadly shooting, and the business owner is set to answer to city officials on Tuesday about a series of past violations of the late-night business ordinance.

Police officers report shots were fired through an open door and into the Evangadi Hookah Lounge in the Chinatown-International District before 8 a.m. on Dec. 1.
