New information surfaced during testimony before a hearing examiner about a deadly shooting inside a Seattle hookah lounge that has been cited for a string of violations.
On Monday, a gunman fired through the open doorway of Evangadi Hookah Lounge on Rainier Avenue S around 8 a.m., hitting one man in the back and sending a number of others scattering for cover.
