SEATTLE — A 44-year-old who allegedly stabbed a man in the neck with a boxcutter while stopped near Seventh Avenue and Madison Street in Seattle was charged with first-degree assault on Monday.
Prosecutors asked the court to set bail for Vesper Keenstar Mikan at $500,000. They will be arraigned Dec. 11.
According to a statement of probable cause, on Dec. 3, the victim was attempting to merge into the Mikan’s lane when Mikan sped up to prevent him from doing so, almost hitting his vehicle.
