The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for Seattle, Washington, and its surrounding areas following the breach of the Green River Levee.
The service warned that life-threatening conditions may be experienced in Kent, Renton, and Tukwila, all of which are cities in the Seattle metropolitan area.
