WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Gov. Bob Ferguson and other local leaders took questions in Whatcom County Wednesday afternoon about the flooding impacts and recovery efforts across western Washington.
“This natural disaster is extremely significant,” said Ferguson, “The impact on our infrastructure is profound.”
