WASHINGTON STATE — A proposal to lower the DUI limit in Washington is expected to be back before lawmakers within a few weeks, this time with more public support, advocates say.
A new public opinion survey from the Washington Traffic Safety Commission and AAA found that 72% of respondents support lowering the blood-alcohol content (BAC) limit from 0.08 to 0.05.
