SEATTLE — In a significant blow to the Sinaloa Cartel Network, the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Precinct Four Special Emphasis Team has successfully executed another drug bust, and photos show the seizure of drugs and cash.
The operation, which the department called “Operation Eastbound and Down – The Last Chapter,” took place on Dec. 17, according to KCSO.
Deputies seized approximately 214 pounds of methamphetamine, five pounds of heroin, and $89,780 in cash believed to be drug proceeds, KCSO said.
