RENTON, Wash. — Two children are missing after authorities say their biological mother allegedly took them during an unsupervised holiday visit and refused to return them to their legal guardian.
The mother and person of interest, Michelle L. Harvey, 34, is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall with facial piercings. Harvey and the children were last known to be in Renton.
Lakewood police say on Dec. 28, the children’s legal guardian allowed their father to have unsupervised visitation with Knowledge J. Norman, 11, and Royal P. Norman, 7.
