Friends of Beacon Hill cyclist killed in hit and run plead for tips on suspect vehicle

SEATTLE — As the Seattle Police Department has released new details of the vehicle believed to have carried out a fatal hit-and-run in Beacon Hill, friends of the cyclist who died are pleading for justice to come soon.

On Dec. 14, around midnight, SPD reported a 38-year-old male cyclist was pronounced dead on scene after a hit and run near the intersection of Beacon Avenue South and South Stevens Street.

Friends of the victim identify them as Alley, also known as Sergio, or ‘Serg’, who had a fluid identity within their tight-knit biking community in Beacon Hill…
