SEATTLE — A citywide camping ban coupled with mandatory arrest and prosecution for crimes associated with drug addiction, could both end up as initiatives for Seattle voters to consider on the November ballot.
A group called Recover Seattle is currently working to get the proposed initiatives certified, so they can begin a signature-gathering drive and qualify the measures.
