She Vanished and Was Later Found Slain in the Woods — Months Later, Police Believe They Have Her Killer

More than six months after Mallory Barbour disappeared from her home in northwest Washington, investigators say they have arrested a suspect in connection with her death.

In a social media statement posted Jan. 7, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office said detectives arrested a 45-year-old man from Bremerton “in connection with the death of Mallory Barbour” and booked him into the Mason County Jail.
