SEATTLE — Washington State Ferries (WSF) is once again struggling to keep its vessels afloat ahead of the crucial Seahawks-Rams game.
Two large boats serving Seattle routes are currently out of service, leaving only 15 ferries when 17 are needed for full winter service, WSF said.
