Paris Baguette, a South Korean-based and French-inspired bakery café with 4,000-and-counting international locations, has added a Bellevue site to its Washington portfolio.
The Eastside branch is now open, but a grand-opening event is set for Jan. 31. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, complimentary samples, and, for the first 50 people in line that day, free pastry giveaways.
