The Kent Police Department is currently investigating a homicide after a deceased male was discovered in a brushy area of Kent, WA. According to a social media post from the department, patrol officers were called to the 25400 block of 74th Ave S following reports of a body being found on January 25th, 2026, at 11:52 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with injuries suggestive of homicide. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office later confirmed that the death was indeed a homicide, following an examination after taking custody of the body.
