Traveiah Houfmuse, 17, was one of two students shot and killed on Friday afternoon at a bus stop in Rainier Valley, according to the King County medical examiner’s office.
The medical examiner’s office classified his death as a homicide and determined he died from gunshot wounds. The office said it is still working to confirm the identity of the other student that died alongside Houfmuse.
