Seattle man sentenced for role in drug trafficking ring that spanned into PA

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Seattle man was sentenced in federal court after being found guilty of violating federal narcotics laws, according to United States Attorney Troy Rivetti.

Bryce Hill, 28, was sentenced to 420 months (35 years) in prison, followed by five years supervised release on Friday after being convicted by a jury following a trial held in Sept. 2025. Hill was among 35 people charged through a Second Superseding Indictment for their participation in a domestic and international drug and money laundering conspiracy.

Evidence presented during the trial showed that Hill was a member of the Phoenix-based Monarrez Drug Trafficking Organization (TCO), which was known to be responsible for the distribution of millions of fentanyl pills, hundreds of pounds of methamphetamine and dozens of kilograms of cocaine from Aug. 2021 through June 2023…
