A new Starbucks cafe and drive-thru has opened at 999 Leary Way NW, in the former 7-Eleven and Jack-in-the-Box location.
Starbucks announced plans to build a new store at that location about a year ago. The 7-Eleven and Jack in the Box closed quite a while ago, and back in 2023, a fire broke out in the building, causing the roof to collapse.
The new store comes not long after Starbucks closed its longstanding downtown Ballard location at the corner of NW Market St and 22nd Ave NW in September 2025…
