A Monday evening shooting on Tacoma’s Pacific Avenue left a man in the hospital and a suspected gunman in handcuffs, according to police. Officers responding to a flurry of 911 calls found a man suffering from gunshot wounds and had him taken to a hospital, where his injuries were described as non-life-threatening. A suspect was detained at the scene, and investigators kept the area taped off while they went door to door and spoke with witnesses.
