SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – A magnitude-3.0 earthquake was felt near Cathcart, Washington on Tuesday morning.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake struck at 5:42 a.m. about 1.24 miles southeast of Cathcart.
As of 1:00 p.m., approximately 295 people reported feeling the earthquake. According to the USGS Community Internet Intensity Map, the earthquake was felt in areas of Snohomish, King and Pierce counties.
Seattle earthquake today
