SEATTLE — A man accused of posing as a U.S. postal worker and forcing his way into a Seattle home is now jailed on $1 million bail as investigators look into what police believe may have been a foiled extortion plot.
Seattle police arrested 31-year-old Ian Blair last week. Court documents describe the attack on Friday afternoon at a home on the 300 block of North 74th Street in Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood.
