OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Washington Attorney General’s Office will be allowed to continue its investigation into the Seattle Archdiocese, though under a narrower scope than originally sought.
The Washington Court of Appeals issued the ruling, allowing the investigation to proceed while limiting what information the state can subpoena from the church.
