Seattle, Washington – A surge of unusually warm spring weather could spread across the Pacific Northwest during St. Patrick’s Day week as a strong ridge of high pressure builds along the West Coast.

According to the NOAA Climate Prediction Center’s 8–14 day outlook, the period from March 15 through March 21 favors above-normal temperatures across much of the western United States, including Washington and Oregon.
