SHORELINE, Wash. — The husband of a woman who died after being found unresponsive on the floor of their Shoreline home was charged in her death and remains in King County Jail on $2 million bail.
On March 9, the King County Medical Examiner confirmed Margaret Stepp, 33, died from asphyxia due to strangulation.
