Xi’an Noodles, a popular noodle restaurant, is planning to expand with two new locations.
Owner Lily Wu told The Seattle Met she’s negotiating leases for locations in the Chinatown-International District and University District. She described both spaces as “turnkey,” stating each could open in just two to three months once secured.
