A wintry mix of rain and snow is causing a mess for much of Washington. Many areas hit hardest by snow are now turning their attention to the ice.
Overnight temperatures on Friday will be near freezing, and there could be some patchy ice in some of the colder, rural areas, but most other locations will have just wet or slushy pavement and roads.
In the Cascades, a Winter Storm Warning continues through Saturday morning for another 6-10 inches of snow. Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass are closed and will be reassessed on Saturday…
