SEATTLE — A former owner of a Lake Sammamish restaurant was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for stealing more than half a million dollars from an elderly widow suffering from cognitive decline, federal prosecutors said.
Richard Dale Radcliffe, 62, admitted in November that he took $515,000 from the woman’s financial accounts and filed a false tax return after befriending her and gaining access to her finances, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington.
