SEATTLE — From the colorful snacks to the freshest seafood in the city, Uwajimaya has become a Pacific Northwest institution. But for CEO Denise Moriguchi, the future of this family empire is about looking back to its roots.
“We’re super excited to open two new stores and just serve more customers and share the best of Asian food culture with more people,” Moriguchi said.
