Months after Bear Creek Trail attack, victim heads home as $50,000 reward fuels hunt

REDMOND, Wash. — Months after she was brutally attacked while walking on a trail near Redmond Town Center, the woman who survived the random stabbing has been discharged from the hospital, according to Redmond police.

Judith Walter is expected to continue her recovery. Police have not yet arrested anyone in the case, and a $50,000 Crime Stoppers reward is being offered for information that leads to the suspect’s identification.
