Drivers should expect traffic delays and parking impacts in downtown Kirkland on Saturday, March 28, due to a rally and march at Marina Park. Road closures will run from about 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and include:
- Kirkland Avenue (3rd Street to the City dock)
- Lake Street (Central Way to Kirkland Avenue)
- Central Way (Lake Street to 3rd Street)
- 3rd Street (Central Way to Kirkland Avenue)
