Tri Pointe Homes announced today that it has sold its 20,000th home in Washington with a sale in the company’s Alterra community in Newcastle — a milestone for a business whose roots date to 1969 and span the company’s Quadrant Homes era under Weyerhaeuser.
The house was purchased by Tri Pointe customers who previously purchased a home in the company’s Aldea townhome community in Newcastle in 2020. Tri Pointe’s Washington division is based in Bellevue.
