Paint Kirkland, a new paint-your-own pottery studio, debuted earlier this month at Kirkland Urban.
Guests can choose from assortments of pottery or wood art and can paint the piece any way they choose. Painted wood crafts can be taken home the same day, whereas painted pottery will need to be fired in a kiln and can be picked up within a week, according to a press release. The studio plans to host private events like birthdays or corporate gatherings. Walk-ins and reservations will be available for smaller groups.
“Paint Kirkland was created as a place where the community can slow down, get creative, and spend meaningful time together,” Sok Grant, owner of Paint Kirkland, said in the release. “We chose Kirkland Urban because we wanted to be right in the heart of our own neighborhood. It is great being surrounded by that local energy and offering families a creative spot to land after grabbing lunch or coffee nearby.”…
