A major new office development proposed for downtown Bellevue is currently under design review, as plans move forward for a multi-phase project at 112th Avenue Northeast and Main Street.
The project, known as Belle Vista and located at 100 112th Ave. NE, is a resubmittal of a previously approved design review and is now undergoing further evaluation as part of the city’s approval process.
