SEATTLE — New video obtained by KING 5 shows a man allegedly try to push another person in front of an inbound Sound Transit light rail train at Northgate Station.
The suspect, Elisio Melendez, remains in jail on $750,000 bail. He was charged with second-degree attempted murder last week.
A competency evaluation was ordered by the court for Melendez. He will be arraigned when it is determined he understands the charges filed against him and can stand trial…
