A graffiti tagger fell onto the eastbound I-90 ramp to Bellevue Way Monday night.
At approximately 10:30 p.m., the tagger fell onto the ramp from the overpass where the suspect was tagging, Washington State Patrol (WSP) Trooper Rick Johnson announced.
