An investigation into a fatal car crash in Bremerton last weekend remains ongoing as the teenagers involved and their families struggle to heal from the tragedy.
Late in the evening Saturday, March 28, seven male teenagers were in a 2023 Rivian SUV, a model of electric truck, that the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office said was speeding down McWilliams Road, when the Rivian left the road near its intersection with Pine Road and crashed into some trees. Among the Rivian’s occupants, who a family said were 10th and 11th grade students at Olympic High School, one 17-year-old boy was killed and four others were injured.
The deceased teenager has been identified as Bradley Leon Mace. The Kitsap Sun contacted Mace’s family, but a family member declined to comment at this time…
