Twin 15-Story Office Towers Proposed with Largest Private Park in Bellevue

A major mixed-use office development known as Kanon is moving forward in Bellevue. Plans call for two 15-story office towers built on a shared podium across four parcels near the intersection of Northeast 4th Street and 112th Avenue Northeast.

The proposal includes properties at 222 112th Ave NE, 330 12th Ave NE, 399 114th Ave NE, and 345 114th Ave NE. The site covers about 136,693 square feet (approximately 3.1 acres) and is currently home to three smaller buildings with office, medical office, and gym space.

The application was submitted by Jarod Kurzner of Gensler Architecture on behalf of property owner Robert Wallace. The project is seeking Master Development Plan and Design Review approvals. If approved, construction would take place in two phases on a shared base structure…
