The Ballard OfficeMax (1145 NW Leary Way) is closing soon and is hosting a liquidation sale until it closes.
A spokesperson from OfficeMax told My Ballard that its last day open will be Saturday, April 11. The building will soon become an AutoZone, which purchased the building for $7.8 million in late 2025.
