Kent Police praise Good Samaritan after intoxicated woman found unconscious in car

Kent Police are crediting a Good Samaritan with helping prevent potential harm after an intoxicated woman was found unconscious in a vehicle early Tuesday morning, April 7 on the city’s East Hill.

Officers were dispatched at about 2:04 a.m. to a bar area after a caller reported a woman had passed out inside her car, according to the Kent Police Department.

The caller, a man in his 20s who had met the woman earlier that evening, told dispatchers she became unresponsive after getting into her vehicle. He called 911 and remained on scene until officers arrived…
