RENTON, Wash. — A crash involving five vehicles blocked multiple lanes of northbound SR 167 in Renton on Sunday afternoon as troopers searched for a driver who fled the scene on foot.
The collision happened at South 180th Street near milepost 25 shortly after 2 p.m., according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. WSDOT said the crash was blocking the two left lanes.
The Washington State Patrol said it was a “five-car injury collision” and that the driver believed to have caused the crash ran from the scene. Troopers were still looking for the suspect driver as of 2:30 p.m…
